I ordered from Canada, and was a bit worried about it clearing customs, but no problems. The kit was here in 20 days, well packaged, and exactly as described. I will order from this company again. I\'m having an issue with battery holding a good charge, but you get a spare with this kit so that helps get you through the day. I haven\'t had a \"real\" cigarette since I got this dinky little device a couple of days ago. No complaints, and it\'s actually surpassed my expectations. A great investment.
